While he’s not in Xavi’s plans at Barcelona, Clement Lenglet is expected to join Tottenham on loan.
The ordeal of Clement Lenglet to FC Barcelona will soon end, at least temporarily. In great difficulty for two seasons, the French international (15 caps, one goal) is no longer in the plans of Xavi, who wants to part with him.
The Catalan coach should soon be served. According to Fabrizio Romano, the former Nancy will join Tottenham in the form of a loan in the next few hours. The player would have even given his agreement last week, while there are only a few details left to settle between the two clubs.

Lenglet will therefore join the London club on a one-year loan, no purchase option has been included in this one. Very active since the start of the transfer window, the Spurs would therefore register a fifth recruit after Fraser Forster, Ivan Perisic, Yves Bissouma and Richarlison.
