The preparer of this fabulous Volvo put himself in the shoes of Christian Gray for a moment. This time it is a V60 T8, a 2019 station wagon with 30,000 km and which, in its R Design finish, displays real elegance.
The T8 engine delivers 390 hp, the assurance of good performance. This model plays with different shades of gray with some black accessories. The car thus received a Volvo body kit including a front blade, a rear blade and rocker panels. To accentuate the sporty appearance, the exhaust line has been changed to a Heico valve model providing a nice sound. 21-inch rims painted in matt satin gray have replaced the original mounts, while the brake calipers have been painted in light gray to provide contrast. Finally, Heico suspensions made it possible to lower the automobile by 3 centimeters.
To reinforce the coherence of the whole, the grille surround received a black covering and the Volvo logo was repainted in the same color as the rims. In the same spirit, the bottom of the doors received a covering of the same color as the rims with the Heico logo in addition in underprint, a detail which testifies to the care taken in the project. At the rear, the tailgate is enriched with a black band on which the Heico logo takes place with letters painted in light gray on the side and in dark gray on the top, it’s magnificent. Finally, last touch, the tailpipes are also black.
No changes to the interior since the previous owner had already over-equipped the vehicle with, in particular, Alcantara leather seats and a Bower & Wilkins audio system with 19 speakers. The overall result is totally sublime.
