The Lille club has formalized the arrival of Rémy Cabella for one season (plus one optional).
A (ex-) French international replaces another. After the failure Hatem Ben Arfa, hired free last January and quickly dismissed after 7 matches played (no goal, one decisive pass), the Losc offers the services of Remy Cabella (32 years old). His signing for one season, plus an optional season, was announced Sunday night.

After his 3 years in Krasnodar and his departure from Russia, the attacking midfielder revealed in Montpellier ended the season, for two months, at MHSC, before deciding not to continue the adventure in the Hérault. He has not scored in 5 matches with the Pailladins.
In his 5th French club (after Montpellier, Arles-Avignon, OM and Saint-Etienne), Cabella will try to relaunch his career under the leadership of Paulo Fonseca, who replaced Jocelyn Gouvernnec after the mixed season of the 2021 French champions ( 10th in Ligue 1).
