This year, Bruno Solo is supporting the Iveco remote advisers dedicated to the Topcare service, the first premium assistance service for truck drivers based on connectivity.
In the manufacturer’s Control Room, we attended an original coaching session: “Iveco Topcare, how can I help you? Iveco Topcare is Ivec’s new service designed to make life easier for its customers by offering them maximum assistance in the event of an unexpected downtime. It increases vehicle uptime by getting it back on the road as quickly as possible and takes care of the driver with a full hospitality package if the issue needs more time to resolve.

With this coaching session, Bruno Solo continues his discovery of the world of transport. In 2020, Iveco had created a new program which honored the profession of heavy goods vehicle driver. For 48 hours, Bruno Solo lived the life of Fati, a truck driver, at the wheel of his Iveco S-Way vehicle. He thus had the opportunity to experience in total immersion all the aspects of this often little-known profession, from the feeling of serenity and freedom on the roads through the French landscapes to the organization of the night on board, passing by the delivery of the goods to the customer.
In 2021, for one day, Bruno Solo tested the Iveco construction range: an extreme experience to discover the world of construction sites, with vehicles capable of tackling the most demanding terrains with disconcerting ease. Bruno Solo experienced this adventure alongside Jean Luc Erhard, Iveco demonstrator for 42 years, a true enthusiast who perfectly embodies the brand’s commitment to its customers.
