The New Deal is based on a base comprising four solutions, namely MasterStart, MasterCare+, MasterCare Easyliss and MasterPremium.
A tailor-made customer experience
MasterStart structures the start of the relationship with the professional client. The commercial conditions are precisely defined, adapted to the specificities of the park and applied everywhere in France.
MasterCare+ is the preventive maintenance solution and is organized with fleet inspections that Euromaster recommends at least once a quarter. Reading the state of wear of the tyres, reading the pressure, checking compliance with the highway code, identifying the work… Euromaster takes care of everything for €14.50 excluding tax per visit. ” We value the optimal use of tiresexplains Mathilde Nouzille, truck market manager at Euromaster. The cost of the visit is therefore largely offset by the savings made in mileage and fuel. In addition, all the data collected by Euromaster on the customer’s fleet (visit reports, forecast tire replacement, work progress monitoring, etc.) are shared on the dedicated online portal businesspro.euromaster.fr.
MasterCare Easyliss proposes, in addition to the preventive, monthly payment of all maintenance expenses estimated over a given period: tire purchases, inspections, work, etc. A non-negligible advantage to avoid cash flow jolts. The customer keeps control of his actual expenses thanks to the follow-up of work undertaken and to come on his online portal. A regularization of expenses is carried out at the end of the period, in complete transparency.
MasterPremium focuses on service delivery. A monthly flat rate (excluding tyres) includes preventive inspections and maintenance work by gray card. The customer receives a monthly invoice for a fixed amount by gray card. It is simple and efficient.

It is therefore natural that the four solutions of the New Deal give access to CEE bonuses (Certificate of Energy Savings), up to 29 euros per truck. Euromaster already monitors nearly 50,000 gray cards under contract and supports these customers in recovering the ESCs from energy suppliers.
