Now released from his duties within the government but also as a Member of Parliament, Jean-Baptiste Djebbari officially joins the board of directors of Hopium. Gathered this Monday, June 20 in General Assembly, the shareholders of the young manufacturer validated the appointment of the former Minister of Transport.
Following this general meeting, the board of directors met the same day to adopt a new governance structure. Jean-Baptiste Djebbari thus becomes Chairman of the Board of Directors while Olivier Lombard, founder of the brand, is appointed Managing Director.
