After a wave of “retrofit” preparations, manufacturers are also unveiling their catalogs of spare parts for their electric cars.
As the new electric Hummer prepares to land on the American market, GMC is unveiling an unprecedented catalog of parts that should delight the most adventurous. The electric pick-up can now be fitted with equipment such as additional LED ramps, running boards and various additional storage spaces.
The most complete customization offer for an electric pick-up
Among the some 200 pieces offered by this catalog is also an imposing roof cell equipped with a tent for spending nights under the stars. GMC has not delivered all the details of this equipment, but it will take advantage of the electric circuit of the utility to supply the various devices of the users.
With its customization catalog, Hummer is getting ahead of the Tesla Cybertruck (which still does not see the light of day) and responds to Rivian R1T which offers no less than a huge sliding kitchen.
