• Goodyear presents its Total Mobility value proposition to transport companies and fleet managers during its major European “Drive Results” tour.
• Goodyear’s “all-in-one” solutions create synergies to boost the efficiency and performance of truck fleets.
In 2022, Goodyear is presenting its “all-in-one” Goodyear Total Mobility offer, during a tour of thirteen European countries and a digital communication campaign. In parallel with the truck races of the Goodyear FIA European Truck Racing Championship, this tour in many major cities and during events such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans Truck in France, will give visibility to the brand and its offers.
Goodyear has decided to meet transport companies to present the advantages of its “all-in-one” offer, which combines products, solutions and services. This unprecedented experience underlines the importance of making the most of each of the elements of the offer so that the fleet is more sustainable, efficient and competitive.
Goodyear’s show truck tour begins in April 2022 in France before heading to England and Italy in May for the first race of the Goodyear FIA European Truck Racing Championship at Misano.
The Goodyear exhibition space will allow visitors to the “Drive Results Tour” to live a unique experience dedicated to their activities.
Inside the mobile exhibition, they will discover the latest generation of versatile and fuel-efficient Goodyear tires, accompanied by an immersion in tire technologies in augmented reality. It highlights the benefits of tires, underlining the importance of optimizing rolling resistance to minimize a vehicle’s costs and carbon footprint. For example, using the new FUELMAX ENDURANCE range will result in two percent less CO2 emissions or 100 tons of CO2 emissions and 40,000 liters of fuel, per year.*
The Goodyear Total Mobility value proposition is presented visually via videos. It offers an all-in-one solution to help fleets reduce their carbon footprint, strengthen their competitiveness and optimize their efficiency in their daily activities. Connected tools such as the Goodyear Check-Point (Drive-over-reader), which automatically measures tire pressure and tread height, monitor key aspects of tire health. Both drivers and fleet managers will be able to have peace of mind on each trip to be more efficient and sustainable. Goodyear Total Mobility offers both high performance tires, innovative solutions, comprehensive support, maintenance and follow-up, provided by the European network of service providers Goodyear ServiceLine24.
Piotr Czyzyk, Managing Director of Goodyear Proactive Solutions and Fleets Europe, explains: “ We are happy to meet carriers and our customers all over Europe. We will be able to present to them in a very innovative way the advantages of our Goodyear Total Mobility value proposition. Last year, we announced our strategic collaboration with ZF. We benefit from our common expertise in data intelligence. Thanks to this, the transport companies have direct access to the key data of the tires and other elements of the truck or trailer. This is an important step to facilitate their digital transformation. Today’s fleets need information to prevent or solve problems, as well as complete fleet management solutions, helping them to take the right actions or decisions in seconds. »
Maciej Szymanski, Marketing Director of Goodyear Europe, points out: “ Goodyear is constantly looking for solutions to increase fleet efficiency. In an economic environment of rapidly rising costs, our solutions can help our partners save money and make their business more efficient while maintaining a competitive advantage. We are aware that each fleet faces specific challenges. It is important to adapt and highlight the potential savings beyond the non-immobilization of trucks and the proactive maintenance that our complete offer brings. It’s Goodyear Total Mobility. »

* Based on VECTO calculations, difference between a tire classified C on the European label and a tire classified B in energy efficiency. Changing from a tire classified C to B represents a 2% reduction in CO2 emissions. This translates into approximately 1 tonne of CO2 and 400 liters of fuel saved per truck/per year.
