Iveco Academy, the new entity which now brings together IVECO’s commercial and technical training, will enable the manufacturer to better structure its training offer to meet the expectations of the network and transporters faced with the development of technologies and the arrival of electromobility in its offer.
IVECO ACADEMY brings together all of IVECO’s commercial and technical training teams. This new entity brings together the brand’s experienced trainers and training designers to develop future training programs, in line with IVECO technology and firmly rooted in the company’s culture.
“This new organization allows us to create synergies and increase productivity and responsiveness in order to prepare for the arrival of our electricity and hydrogen offer. Our teams will thus be able to prepare our network for the arrival of these new technologies with a global sales and after-sales approach,” explained Natacha Rostomov, Director of IVECO ACADEMY France.
The development of electromobility in the IVECO offer will start in September with the arrival of the Daily Electrique. The training will include international modules on the product and service offer, with the support of an internal electricity referent, who works with the entire company. They will be supplemented by modules specific to the French market to integrate specific national regulations.
IVECO will be able to rely on its experience for more than 20 years in the development of its CNG vehicle offer to support the network in this new transition.
In order to support young people, IVECO ACADEMY is strengthening its partnerships with technical CFAs and has set up “Sales-Expert” training, offering specific training on the group’s products and services, with a reinforcement of sales techniques. Through this training, IVECO accompanies students throughout their 6-week training, focused on operations, to facilitate their entry into the manufacturer’s network.
