Nissan will unveil a new electric vehicle for professionals at the end of September. This “zero emission” utility vehicle will position itself in a competitive market.
With a certain lag, the electric follows the same in the field of utilities as that of cars. After Mercedes and Renault, Nissan will in turn present a vehicle for professionals.
The Japanese manufacturer is not at its first attempt, since it has the e-NV200 van in its range. But the future model will be a direct competitor of the new electric Renault Kangoo, from which it will take over the platform.
Its characteristics should therefore be very close to its French cousin, and the Mercedes eCitan, also designed on the same basis as the Renault model.
This new model should therefore be 4.50 meters long and offer a payload of 782 kilos. In terms of the engine, the 75 kW (102 horsepower) electric block should also be part of it.
Finally, its battery will probably be the same as the electric Kangoo, with a capacity of 44 kWh. This allows you to travel 285 kilometers between two charges, and to recharge up to 75 kW.
To discover this new electric utility vehicle from Nissan, you will have to wait a few more days. The firm announced, via a new video, that the presentation would take place on September 27.
