The two French companies and publishers of SaaS software are joining forces with the same ambition: to simplify the activity of players in the road transport of goods.
This partnership provides users with a concrete response to 3 objectives:
1 – Offer the advantages of SaaS to simplify the daily life of carriers
This partnership allows companies to save time each month when processing invoices and avoid errors during re-entry. The will of Pennylane and Dashdoc aims to offer a simplified path from the creation of the transport to its invoicing. The integration is very easy to set up via API and allows all invoicing to be managed from Dashdoc.
2 – Centralized invoicing in one place
Once all the transport data has been checked and validated in the Dashdoc software, the invoice will automatically be created in the Pennylane invoicing software and then returned to the Dashdoc account. Thus, users will only have to share a link to the Dashdoc billing page to their ordering customer. The latter will have access to all transport documents and the invoice.
Rémi Pequet, Head of Partnerships at Pennylane, comment “It’s the opportunity to offer a high-performance business tool to our transport customers to make their daily lives easier. I really enjoy collaborating with the Dashdoc teams to allow our users to have a smooth experience and better collaborate with their accountant.”
For Sophie de Mercey, Operations Manager at Dashdoc, “It’s about offering our customers a French SaaS tool that is used by many accounting firms and being able to rely on Pennylane’s excellent customer service. Everyone wins.”
3 – A common objective: to simplify the daily life of VSEs-SMEs thanks to digitalization
Arthur Wallerfounder of PennylaneExplain : ” We are delighted with this partnership. Invoicing being the final step after the realization of a transport, this collaboration seemed very logical to us. It will allow our joint customers to save time, reduce the risk of error and better manage their activity.. »
Beyond bringing the two solutions together, Dashdoc and Pennylane share a common vision: to offer high-performance digital tools to help SMEs and VSEs manage their structure optimally.
” The functional coverage of Dashdoc has evolved and allows us to position ourselves today across the entire transport management value chain. By partnering with Pennylane, we want to offer our customers to manage their cash flow in real time so that they can focus on their activity and their growth.” Explain Benoit Joncquez, CEO and co-founder of Dashdoc.
