FC Barcelona have reached an agreement with Leeds for the transfer of Raphinha.
After the arrival of two free players, Franck Kessié and Andreas Christensen, the FC Barcelona is about to break the bank for his next transfer.
According to Marca, the Catalans have reached an agreement with Leeds for the transfer of Raphinha. Transaction amount? Between 50 and 55 million euros in fixed part, and 15 to 20 million euros in bonuses. The total transfer could therefore be around 70 million euros, which is a very high sum for a club that said it was on the brink financially only a year ago.
After a year at Rennes in 2019-2020, Raphinha is coming off two great seasons with Leeds in the Premier League. The Brazilian has shown his speed and dribbling skills, and should bring new blood to the wings of Xavi’s 4-3-3.
Barcelona have finally submitted the official bid for Raphinha, Leeds are set to accept! €58m fixed fee, up to €68m with add-ons. Deal at final stages. 🚨🇧🇷 #FCB
