Sortimo is offering new telescopic lashing bars. Objective: better immobilize loads in commercial vehicles. These bars are coated with a plastic film to protect the equipment being held. Eccentric in shape, they pivot on their axis. Features provided to allow better retention of loads when braking or accelerating the vehicle. Indeed, when they pivot under the effect of displacement, the gap between the bars is reduced and the grip on the objects is reinforced.
ProSafe tie down bars and end caps
Sortimo has designed these telescopic lashing bars to complement its fittings. They can be mounted both horizontally and vertically and without tools. They are also equipped with ProSafe tips. These tie into the upfitter’s SoboPro LSC floors for vertical uses, or Pro Safe anchor rails for horizontal uses. The bar extensions are also intended to be compatible with the planner’s Pro Click devices. Compatibility which makes it possible to hang tool kits.
Several sizes
These bars are available in different sizes: 850 mm and 1100 mm with possible extensions of 300 mm, but also 1300 mm and 1700 mm with extensions of 500 mm. The weights of these materials range from 2.25 kg per unit for the shortest model, to 3.85 kg for the longest model. The prices vary for their part from 125.52 euros including tax to 160.92 euros including tax.
Available on the Mysortimo.fr website, these telescopic tie-down bars have also been distributed since 2016 by the developer Gruau following the creation of the “Sortimo by Gruau” joint venture.
