Stellantis and You, Sales and Services is the new commercial name of the distribution subsidiary of Stellantis, resulting from the merger of PSA Retail (distribution division of the former Groupe PSA) and Motor Village (distribution division of the former FCA Groupe) in the year last. Thanks to an agreement signed last April with FIDCAR, the group intends to strengthen its skills in the area of predictive after-sales marketing.
The transformation of automotive distribution is underway and as such, Stellantis has developed an end-to-end phygital customer journey. To do this, a new ddi website, stellantisandyou.com, is intended to become the digital “One-Stop-Shop” where customers will find the entire Stellantis &You, Sales and Services offer in just a few clicks. Thus, the site offers an e-Reservation function which already allows you to pre-purchase your future vehicle by blocking it for 3 days before finalizing the transaction.
Stellantis & You presents on its site a wide range of new and used vehicles offered at market prices. Customers will be able to find their future new or used car among a fleet of vehicles in stock, or order a new model configured and personalized according to their wishes. To complete the purchase process, the customer can also request a video presentation of the desired vehicle and of course book a test drive and have the best possible value estimated for the trade-in of his car. Once the transaction has been confirmed, the customer can have the vehicle delivered to the dealership of his choice, as close as possible to his home. Finally, all maintenance services can be managed through the platform, in particular scheduling appointments and current commercial operations.
The network thus intends to capture 25% of its customers through the e-Commerce channel by 2025 thanks to a single platform covering sales of new vehicles, used vehicles, after-sales services and rental. In 2021, Stellantis & You achieved a turnover of 9.5 billion euros for a total of 300,000 new vehicles and 150,000 used vehicles.
Through this, Stellantis & You naturally aims to improve its profitability. A target of 50% has even been mentioned. The latest agreement to date with the company Fidcar, recently acquired by Motor K, in the field of predictive after-sales marketing for the European region, makes it possible to reinforce the effectiveness of this ambitious system thanks to artificial intelligence and the personalization of the relationship. customer.
In order to develop and test this after-sales predictive marketing device in an approach centered on the customer and the user, a test and co-development phase was conducted for nearly a year within the Stellantis dealership. &You Villeneuve dAscq (greater Lille).
This after-sales predictive marketing system is based on two technological building blocks:
– The “FIDCAR Predict” solution, an artificial intelligence platform that makes it possible to offer after-sales offers adjusted to the supposed needs of customers.
– The “FIDCAR Check” mobile application co-developed with Stellantis which enriches the database feeding the FIDCAR Predict platform to improve its relevance.
