Configure your electric utility vehicle: the MAN eTGE has multiple versions or request a free trial.
Cousin of the Volkswagen eCrafter, the MAN eTGE was until now only available in van presentation.
Thanks to the 3.28 x 2.06 x 2.10 m (L x W x H) box designed by the German coachbuilder Spier Fahrzeugwerk, its maximum useful volume increases from 10.7 to 14.2 m3. A retractable staircase provides access to the 750 kg loading space.
This variation of the MAN eTGE follows numerous requests received from customers, in particular to facilitate the transport of furniture. It will be presented for the first time in France as part of the Solutrans exhibition which will open its doors at Eurexpo Lyon from November 16 to 20.
The machine retains the performance of the van, based on the same architecture. Offering a range of up to 115 km in the WLTP combined cycle, the 35.8 kWh battery powers an electric motor with a power of 100 kW and a torque of 290 Nm.
In town, the MAN eTGE with box would gain around fifteen kilometers of range. Its manufacturer intends to seduce courier companies whose activity is boosted by the increase in commerce on the Internet.
Two other configurations will also be added to the catalog. Currently, these versions equipped with a bucket or a platform are in the process of being approved. They particularly target green space construction and maintenance companies, but also local authorities.
