The Trucks’nB platform allows truck drivers to easily find a location along their routes where they can rest in complete safety and owners of unused spaces to make them profitable. Launched last January, the Trucks’nB application, available for free download from stores, is the Airbnb for truck parking in France and Europe. This solution, which connects the world of the road with reception sites, offers road drivers the possibility of:

“When we launched the Trucks’nB application, it was important for us to remain attentive to market developments, to demand from drivers and reception sites. After several months of commissioning, we decided to optimize the user experience with new tools,” specifies Thierry Vanlembrouck, Founder of Trucks’nB.
New services to optimize the user experience:
● The partner web portal allows holders of parking spaces to have access to a dashboard and thus to monitor reservations, their turnover, etc. in real time. Thanks to this portal, they can manage their reception sites and have the possibility of modifying the parameters displayed on their file, such as the number of places and the time slots available.
● The operator web portal allows transport operators and fleet managers to plan their drivers’ overnight stays and to make reservations directly. Once the reservation has been made, the driver receives the confirmation directly by notification on his smartphone and finds it within the mobile application. Transport operators and fleet managers also have the option of changing the allocation of the reservation to another driver if it has not yet been consumed.
● The partnership with Save Assistance allows Trucks’nB partners to benefit from a 24/7 assistance service. It is a multilingual support and assistance service that allows Trucks’nB partners to be monitored and supported in the event of a conflict or claim (help with writing a report, translation of exchanges with drivers strangers…).
