Specialist in the development of electric vans, Voltia will decline the Stellantis models in a large volume configuration.
Known for its transformations of the Nissan NV200 into electric, Voltia, the Slovak specialist in electric utility, will offer its own variation of the models offered by Stellantis and Toyota. The Citroën ë-Jumpy, Peugeot e-Expert, Opel Vivaro-e and Toyota Proace Electric will be reviewed by the company.
The modifications made here by Voltia do not concern the electric transmission. From the 100 kW motor to the battery, these elements will remain original. Voltia will tackle the development of the bodywork. Based only on the long version of 5.30 m, the transformation will take place on the roof of the vehicle in order to gain 80 cm in height. The total height inside may reach 2.20 m. Access from the rear of the vehicle gains a 1.85 m high double door.
If the volume increases significantly, the work on the bodywork will have an impact on the weight and therefore the payload, which varies between 800 and 1,000 kg depending on the configuration chosen. Similarly, this transformation has an impact on the autonomy which decreases by approximately 50 km.
Equipped with a choice of a 50 or 75 kWh battery, the models offered by Voltia announce 190 km and 280 km respectively on a full charge. Equipped as standard with a 7.4 kW charger (11 kW optional), the Voltia van can also take advantage of fast charging up to 100 kW.
